Our
guide Alex (rear, white hat, orange jacket) and our other guide Alex (front,
blue hat, blue shirt) look for the exact right spot to anchor off Consag
Rock. |
| Once
we anchor, Captain Alex starts rigging rods for us. When he finishes
the first one he hands it to Mark, who was closest to him. But does
Mark pass the rod forward to Bart or Chuck as is customary, or like
any civilized gentleman, or even just a halfway decent human being,
would commonly do? |
 |
 |
Nooo-oo,
he keeps it for himself and ends up getting a major strike before
Bart and Chuck even have rods in their hands. |
| After
a few minutes of fighting Mark begins to look like he's about to take
an infarction, but he hangs in there... |
 |
 |
...and
lands one hell of a fish. |
|
He
later caught another one of similar size, after which he collapsed.
Total IS fish count for the day was four beeg ones (60 to 80 pounds)
and a dozen or so 10 to 20 pounders.
